Hedge Guardian is a community-run compensation project on Solana. A small fee from $HEDGE transfers flows into a public, auditable pool. Victims submit on-chain claims (wallet connect → pick incident/token & window → attach tx hashes/evidence). An independent council reviews claims against a published rulebook; rationales and changes are logged. Approved claims receive partial, epoch-based payouts from the pool.
Safeguards include timelocked multisigs for treasury actions, a Transparency Board (live balances, pending/approved/paid claims, rule versions, decision logs), and open standards for evidence and blacklists.
